At The Haven, our daily schedule is packed with engaging activities designed to foster connection with nature, promote healthy habits, and support emotional well-being. Join us for a day filled with hands-on learning, relaxation, and opportunities for personal growth.

Our students start their day by engaging in hands-on activities such as animal feeding and tending to our organic vegetable garden. This allows them to connect with nature and learn valuable life skills firsthand.

Later, they have the opportunity to harvest fresh produce and utilize our outdoor kitchen to prepare nutritious meals, fostering independence and promoting healthy eating habits.

In addition to our outdoor pursuits, we prioritize mental well-being through mindfulness activities and breathwork practices. These exercises help students cultivate emotional regulation skills and enhance their overall resilience in navigating life’s challenges.

Furthermore, our nature-based crafts provide a creative outlet for self-expression and relaxation, allowing students to unwind and tap into their artistic talents.
